Recent Hospitality Graduates
The Institute’s Chairman, Prof. Steven Ferry, and Vice President for Asia, Mr. Budi Prihardjanto, are shown here with some of the 27 graduating professors from De La Salle University in Manila, who were trained to provide butler and superior service training at the College of Saint Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. The Philippines is a major source of willing personnel for the world’s hospitality industry, and this is the first time butler and superior service are being offered as subjects to help raise service standards for graduates. Training will be conducted under the aegis of the Institute, and is a terrific force multiplier for the Institute’s curriculum.
We also welcome the Artisans at Solaz Los Cabos in Mexico to our butler family. The resort opened in August of 2018, and the Artisans will provide the most exquisite service to their guests and curate for the most exclusive experiences. Good luck!

The Institute is dedicated to raising service standards by broadly disseminating the mindset and superior service expertise of that time-honored, quintessential service provider, the British Butler, updated with modern people skills, and adapted to the needs of modern employers and guests in staffed homes, luxury hotels, resorts, spas, retirement communities, jets, yachts & cruise ships around the world.”
