A Kuwaiti gentleman, educated in New York (NYU and Harvard) and with homes in New York, Boulder, and London, travels internationally ca. 70% of the year (mainly the US, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia), and spends time on his Yacht in the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas. He seeks a valet/butler to add to his small traveling team (currently 2 traveling assistants who handle his appointments, scheduling, travel arrangements etc.).
The role involves:
- Conducting an inventory of his global wardrobe;
- Managing the travel, condition and replacement of the wardrobe;
- Managing collection of personal valuables – including watches;
- Assisting with the identification and purchase of targeted fine art pieces;
- Accompanying the principal to specialist medical consultations and the following management of medication;
- Assisting the principal with preparation and grooming whilst traveling;
- Assisting and supporting a special diet.
Qualifications:
- Male (due to cultural sensitivities);
- Perhaps at the younger end of the age spectrum (due to the extensive travel schedule and its rigours);
- Preferred nationalities would be: US, Singaporean, Japanese or South Korean;
- Some experience of traveling with principals (in essence not primarily a house or estate manager);
