To better serve the industry, the Institute is committed to building a multimedia library that includes video interviews and instructional videos containing valuable or merely interesting information for industry players and watchers alike.

While any exposure for the industry is helpful in raising awareness and thus interest among the general public, the Institute wishes to balance the more sensationalized television and Hollywood coverage of late with treatments that are somewhat more professional in focus, designed to increase awareness amongst those actually involved in butler service, whether delivering, promoting, or appreciating it.

The quality of these items is strictly serious amateur, taking advantage of technology that puts in the hands of the common man, the tools to mimic radio and television professionals, all in the interests of making available materials that would otherwise never see the light of day.

So, that said, here are our first attempts ( with a nod to Hollywood in this first snippet):
