UPGRADING STAFF SERVICE LEVELS

When service standards often differentiate one company, retail chain, hospitality, health care, entertainment, and other service provider from another, the search is always on for something that will push one’s own service offering to a new, higher level.

In selecting key elements of butler service as honed over 1,000 years of practice into the finest level available, and adapting them to the modern environment, the Institute has been able to provide the fresh perspectives and breakthrough techniques that are transforming not just perceptions and attitudes in those trained, but also their skills at interacting with clients, guests, and patients. We, in fact, change the lives of attendees, according to their feedback.

Programs are adaptable to the budget, but we recommend the equivalent of five days of full-time training for each employee where possible to bring about the desired results, done on-site or at venues of your choice.
