Headquartered in the United States, The International Institute of Modern Butlers LLC manages and co-ordinates a worldwide network of experienced training professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to bringing about excellence in service.

Through education and training, we promote the attitudes and teach the specific skills involved in giving superior service in the private sector as well as in the hospitality field. While the Institute provides training as its main line of business, it also acts as an umbrella organization that (1) unites professionals in the industry, (2) brings together the different training resources available and (3) presents these for those interested in training for themselves, or for those who need to train their staff.

	Interested in being an I.I.M.B. Trainer? The Institute is actively looking to expand its roster of part-time trainers to stay ahead of the curve of demand from the private and hospitality sectors. If you are an experienced butler, or housekeeper (especially Spanish-speaking), and have either trained others already or consider you can, then please.. the Institute to discuss our program for trainers. We accept applications from individuals who are currently employed, but able to break away from time to time for training assignments.
